DELIVERY & SHIPPING



Our orders will be fulfilled as promptly as possible. Orders are processed on weekdays only and usually ship within 2-5 days. Deliveries will be made via USPS.  Zkano is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Packages sent within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. At this time, zkano does not ship to destinations outside of the United States.
 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

At zkano, we assure the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason, please call our customer service line (866-989-5266 ) or email us at info@zkano.com. In case goods are not available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed. All refunds to your account will take place within 7 days of receiving the returned items. Please note it can take up to 7 additional days for the credit to appear on your account. In case of returns, shipping costs are at the customers charge.
